Rule 11-1.4 — Certification of Student
The certification of a student by the law school dean or the dean’s designee: (a) must be filed with the clerk of the Supreme Court of Florida, where it remains in effect for 18 months after it is filed unless withdrawn sooner; (b) may be withdrawn by the dean, or the dean’s designee, at any time by mailing a notice, that does not need to include the cause for withdrawal, to the clerk of the Supreme Court of Florida; (c) may be terminated by the Supreme Court of Florida at any time without notice or hearing and without any showing of cause.
