Rule 14-3.1 — Application Required

(a) Applications. Persons wishing to become program mediators or arbitrators must apply to the committee for its review and approval. The committee promulgates standards and forms for approval. Membership in The Florida Bar is not be required for approval. (b) CLE Credit for Service. Members of The Florida Bar who are program mediators and arbitrators may receive a maximum of 5 hours of CLE credit in each reporting period in the area of ethics for service in the program as provided in the policies adopted under this chapter.
