Rule 3-7.3 — Review of Inquiries, Complaint Processing, and Initial Procedures
(a) Screening of Inquiries. Bar counsel must review each written inquiry and determine whether the alleged conduct, if proven, would constitute a violation of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar warranting the imposition of discipline before opening a disciplinary file. Bar counsel may refer the matter to The Florida Bar Grievance Mediation and Fee Arbitration Program under
